How can I get there...I mean what do I say to the taxi driver to get there?
Simply "The Tea City". It's 45mins away from the center across the bridge to the other side.

I was there in November during the Tea Expo. I bought some high-fired wuyi from him, and it was yummy stuff. :-)
He had a stall at the expo? Good strong wuyi he got. A good farmer, tea master and vendor.
