The Best Tea House, HK

Master Chan was kind enough to treat us with some 80's puerh.
I fall in love with this turn of the century pot.... Unfortunately, the tag was far out of my reach : (

Ah, you went up to the office. He rarely comes down to the store these days, and in some ways, not talking to him is better. He is a more pushy salesperson than Tiffany.

I really like the 6-sided teapot in the middle of the photograph on the left. Any idea on that teapot...price and such?

I would say around 2000-3000 HK. Marshain, what would you say.....
Any teapots in his office would not be cheap : P

It really depends on the age of the pot. Hard to say from afar. Something like that... yeah, maybe 3000 HKD, but could also be a lot more.

There's this pot I really like, 1400 HKD. It's a little expensive for me :(

take a picture of it. i might find it for you at a better bargin...

Ok, I was actually just thinking about it (taking a picture, that is)

Oooh, 2000-3000 HKD is quite a steep investment for a pot for me. Maybe if I'm there to hold and test it...

Yeah, although, if it's sitting in the tray, that means Mr. Chan has been using it to brew whatever (looks like a puerh pot). That means you got free seasoning.

By the way, that 80s pu looks really green

hahaha, good eye Mr. Marshain, good eye. That was a Taiwanese aged oolong that you'd tried. Puerh was at different moment....

Does he have a website? or would I have to go to HK!

I really like the small one, with the gold drawing. How can I get it?
